Pick your size

Same quality curriculum. Different pacing, pricing, and support model depending on how many people you're training.

Solo Learners

You're the entire IT department. Maybe there's a helpdesk person too, but let's be honest — you're it. Self-paced labs, async mentor check-ins every Wednesday, and a private group chat where you can ask the stupid questions without feeling stupid.

From $89/month

Small Teams (2–8)

Cohort-based. Everyone starts together, works through the same labs, and graduates on the same schedule. Includes a weekly group call with an instructor who's managed infrastructure — not just taught about it.

Mid-Market (9–40)

Custom curriculum blended from our standard tracks. Dedicated account manager. Quarterly skill assessments so your L&D team can actually prove the budget was worthwhile. This is our most popular tier — about 60% of revenue comes from here.

Enterprise (40+)

White-glove. We embed with your team for a week, map the skill gaps, build a custom learning path, and deliver it over 6–12 months. On-site or remote. Volume pricing — we'll quote it out.

Straight talk: our platform isn't pretty. The UI looks like it was designed by an engineer — because it was. But the labs work, the content sticks, and nobody's complained about the fonts when they're fixing a broken cluster at midnight.

How it works

Four steps. Most teams are running labs by the end of week one.

1

Watch the demo

20 minutes. We'll walk you through the platform, show you a sample lab, and answer questions. No slides.

2

Pick your tier

Solo, small team, mid-market, or enterprise. We'll recommend one based on your setup, but you choose.

3

Start your labs

Environments spin up in under 2 minutes. Real VMs, real configs, real problems. Break things. That's the point.

4

Get certified

Practical assessment at the end. Scenario-based — not multiple choice. Pass and get a Copperline proficiency certificate.

Client stories

Real people, real results. Some edited for grammar — their infrastructure skills are better than their spelling.

"We put our three junior admins through the small-team track. Two weeks later one of them fixed a DNS recursion issue that had been on our backlog for months. Worth every dollar."

Craig Nakamura

VP Engineering, Bayside Fulfillment Co.

"Honestly? I signed up for the solo track because my company wouldn't pay for it. Paid out of pocket. Got a raise four months later. The certificate helped, but honestly it was the lab experience that changed how I approach problems."

Denise Harlow

Systems Administrator, self-funded

"Fast."

Mike Adebayo

IT Director, Keystone Property Management

"We were mid-migration when we realized half the team didn't understand identity federation well enough. Copperline built us a custom lab sequence in five days. Not cheap — but cheaper than a botched migration."

Angela Petrov

CTO, Redbrook Healthcare Partners

"The platform isn't flashy. I don't care. The labs actually work, the instructors know their stuff, and they didn't try to upsell me on anything. That's rare."

Terrence Obi

Ops Manager, Commonwealth Legal Services

FAQ

What topics do you cover?
Identity and access management, configuration management at scale, monitoring and alerting pipelines, patch management, backup strategies, and incident response frameworks. We don't cover networking deep-dives or database administration — different skill set, different provider.
How long does a typical track take?
Four to six weeks for the standard tracks. Enterprise custom programmes can run 3–12 months depending on scope. Solo learners go at their own pace — most finish in about five weeks putting in 6 hours per week.
Can we cancel?
Solo monthly plans cancel any time. Team and enterprise contracts: full refund within 14 days. After that, no — but you can swap participants at no cost.
Are the labs available around the clock?
Yes. On-demand, 24/7. Each session lasts up to 4 hours before the environment resets. Need longer? Just spin up another one.
Do you issue certificates?
We do. A Copperline proficiency certificate proves you can do the work, not just pass a quiz. It won't replace a major vendor certification — we're upfront about that — but about half our corporate clients use it for internal promotions and annual reviews.
